By accessing or using LaundryPro services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies available on the website.
LaundryPro provides professional laundry services including:
Pickup and delivery timings are estimated and may vary depending on weather, traffic, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are requested to inspect garments at the time of delivery. Any complaint regarding damage or missing items should be reported within 24 hours.
While we use professional cleaning methods, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. LaundryPro is not responsible for fabric shrinkage, color fading, or inherent fabric defects.
In case of loss or damage directly caused by LaundryPro, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 5 to 10 times the service charge of the affected garment.
Garments not collected within 30 days from the scheduled delivery date may be disposed of or donated without further liability.
Orders cancelled after pickup may attract cancellation charges. Refunds are applicable only in verified cases of service failure or garment loss.
Users shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy website content without permission.
Customer information is collected only for operational and service purposes. We do not sell or misuse personal information.
LaundryPro shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays caused by force majeure events, or damage arising from unsuitable garments.
LaundryPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka courts.
